I could not find the items in regards to the Reminder program logged in ClearQuest. If you report them then we will do our best to correct. Items 1 and 2 are easy enough and could go into 4.0.3. The 3rd item in regards to the Country button is not functionality that I recall from the old version so will need to research further. Please remember to have the client log their issues.

The one thing that I have noticed is that the initial load of the software is longer, maybe 10-15+ seconds as compared to 3 or 4 previously, depending upon the program.

There have been a couple of queries that we noticed in testing that are significantly slower, eg. retrieving all fees & charges in Control (took 2 minutes as compared to 4 seconds under 3.4), using the next case toolbar button on the Case Events tab for a long list of cases (took 5 minutes and we initially thought the program had frozen). However we couldn’t figure out what the issue was easily and reporting it would have taken forever so we decided that the actual scenarios were ones that would only occur rarely so didn’t worry out them out of the practicality of the situation.

I am not aware of any complaints from the users at this stage.

Stephen, it sound like you have one Server which runs both the SQL Server and also serves up the Inprotech software to the clients, is that correct ? I have always had Inprotech software on a separate File Server but have considered consolidating.

You don't notice any performance issues with that configuration ?
